Donato Bramante was an Italian architect and painter who lived from the year of 1444 to 1514. He was known for creating the High Reniassance style for architecture. Along with this, he painted many frescos in churches and palaces. His most famous work is said to be his contribution to the designing of St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican City.
